The team consists of natural communicators and people with a flair in communication. It is a small yet powerful team. They can connect with professionals of all industries and people at any level. Not only with the gift of the gap, but the team is also good at negotiation, anticipation and coordination to maintain a good working relationship with clients. One unique task of the team is to collect feedback from clients and OPERATIONS to strike a balance to perform their work.

The team involved all course developers, trainers, facilitators and speakers engaged for any projects. Besides training projects with clients, the team will also assess the needs for internal training to ensure the quality of the team in course delivery and workshop facilitation. The team works closely with OPERATIONS and STRATEGY most of the time.

Our important backend support to ensure all projects run smoothly. This is a wide job scope that covers everything from liaison tasks with clients, daily operational support, performing quality audits and cost management. The team needs to attend to clients and internally to other teams. In short, the team works with everyone to ensure all communications are clear and timely.

Key members - administration, coordinators

Whether training or consultancy project requires innovation and strategic planning. Creativity, innovation and problem-solving skills are the key strengths of the team. The team receive project specifications from CLIENT ENGAGEMENT and work on the necessary. The team may also need to attend meetings together with clients to understand the project requirements and also negotiate on terms for mutual benefits in the projects. Meeting deadlines is the most rewarding part of the work in the team when they prove to excel in performance with limited resources and tight schedules.
